| De Island Masqueraders Carnival Troupe was first established in 2004 by Lester Smith and a few other close friends, mostly from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Since then Lester and a score of other islanders have been working hard at keeping the Caribbean culture alive in the United States. We enjoy what we do & we always welcome new members to our family! |
